MATCH webinar "Hiring talents from Senegal and Nigeria"
Within the framework of the MATCH project, IOM Belgium and Luxembourg organized on the 7th of May 2020 the first online info session for the MATCH project. The webinar "Hiring Talents from Senegal and Nigeria" outlined how MATCH can respond to the needs of Belgian companies looking for qualified professionals by facilitating the recruitment of young African talents from Senegal and Nigeria. For this first info session, IOM had the pleasure to host Cédric Filet (CEO and founder of Aldelia) and Ernesto Srpuyt (CEO and founder of Tunga), two private sector representatives with hands-on experience in recruiting and working with professionals from Senegal and Nigeria.
